About our procurement framework

Managing wear and tear, replacing ageing furniture, and refreshing flooring are ongoing realities for social housing providers. This furniture and flooring procurement framework gives landlords a straightforward way to source and install furniture and flooring that meets the needs of their residents and housing stock. Covering two dedicated lots, it enables providers to furnish and finish properties quickly, minimising downtime and ensuring every home is ready for occupation. Appointed suppliers don’t just deliver products, they can also provide design input, installation, project support and aftercare.

Whether for general needs housing, sheltered accommodation, student settings or temporary housing, the framework offers a compliant, value-driven route with experienced contractors you can trust, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality homes and improving resident wellbeing.
