What's Included?

  • Vehicle leasing & contract hire: Supply of cars and commercial vehicles up to 12.5tonnes, including electric, hybrid, petrol, hydrogen, and diesel options; leaser support with vehicle specification, maintenance, insurance, breakdown cover and licence management.
  • Racking & conversion: Customisation of vehicles, installing racking / shelving, conversion works (e.g. ply-lining, roof racks, lighting), design input and compliance to safety standards.
  • Telematics & tracking technologies: Provision, installation and on going management for telematics solutions including GPS tracking, driver behaviour monitoring, dashboards, software integrations, data reporting, vehicle usage analytics and alerts.

PfH works with you throughout the entire process – from initial requirement definition, through procurement, to ongoing contract delivery and management. You can award contracts through two routes: Direct Award or Mini-Competition. Contracts may be awarded for any duration necessary to deliver your requirements.
