About this framework

Housing providers face pressure to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable homes while keeping pace with evolving technology. Our Social Housing Emerging Disruptors – 3 framework (SHED 3) builds on the success of our earlier SHED frameworks, offering you access to innovators focused on retrofit, compliance, and housing operations. Each year, the framework is refreshed to bring in new innovations and disruptors, ensuring buyers are exposed to the latest thinking in housing solutions. SHED 3 suppliers cover areas such as retrofit and net zero, responsive repairs, fire safety and BIM, and specialist services like flooring and supported living. With PfH, social housing landlords can explore these innovations with full procurement compliance, unlocking better outcomes for residents and communities and operational efficiency through a transparent, trusted framework.
