About our procurement framework

PfH’s Heating Solutions framework delivers safety-first, cost-effective heating services tailored to landlords’ needs. Its accredited supply chain enables you to access expert contractors for installation, service, repair, and maintenance across both national and regional levels. With flexible procurement via direct award or mini-competition, and full support from PfH’s team and data insights, you get compliant, efficient contracts that protect budgets and residents alike.

Designed exclusively for housing associations, local authorities, and registered providers. By combining procurement flexibility with technical expertise, the framework helps buyers protect residents from fuel poverty and unsafe systems while managing costs and compliance pressures. The result is reliable warmth, safer homes, and stronger communities built on trust and performance.

What's included?

  • Domestic Heating: Focused solely on individual homes and smaller residential properties. Covers installation, servicing, and repair of domestic boilers, heating systems and associated controls. Ideal for housing providers managing dispersed or estate-based housing stock.
  • Commercial Heating: Tailored to larger, more complex buildings such as offices, communal spaces, care homes or sheltered schemes. Includes installation and maintenance of plant rooms, commercial boilers, and centralised heating systems.
  • Domestic & Commercial Heating: A combined lot for landlords with mixed portfolios. Offers a one-stop route to suppliers who can manage both domestic and commercial heating needs under a single contract, simplifying procurement and contract management.
